Meet Lucille

Resolving to make healthier meals for our families in 2016, Harriet Noel Jones and Always a First Lady shared the Always Delicious cooking class. Using the technique of brining, we baked a chicken we affectionately named Lucille. Lucille was golden brown, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. She was flavorful to the bone, We prepared homemade avocado oil mayonnaise and tuna salad using homemade relish and mayonnaise.
