In the news media arena, the phrase Hot Off the Press was used for hot news, striking news, sensational news. Well the news I have is all that and more.
In 2016, I launched out into the deep at the instructions of God with this blog, Always a First Lady: Transforming lives with faith and wisdom principles for wholistic living. God said to write. And I wrote and I wrote and I wrote, and I wrote some more. For more than a year, I wrote. Through those 12 months, I wrote. During those 365 days, I wrote. Throughout those 8760 hours I wrote. Within those 525,600 minutes, I wrote. For a whole lot of seconds, I wrote. When it did not seem that anything was happening, I wrote. But in the background, in the supernatural realm, that innumerable company of angels were working on my behalf. They put together a blessing literally with my name on it. April 2017, I released the book EmpowerMoments for the Everyday Woman: A 31-Day Devotional to Empower Your Womanhood. This anthology, written by women for women, will meet you where you are. These 26 women were empowered to share their testimonies to empower you.
As blessed by God and orchestrated by my angels, Sunday May 21, 2017, I had my first book signing in Chicago with my fellow authors. There was a move of God, a shifting in the spiritual realm as these great women shared their stories.
Don’t get upset because you missed the Chicago event. The hot news, the striking news, the sensational news is that you get another chance.
